Riot Games
Valorant at Giant Robot
Riot Games holds a yearly Champions League that brings fans from around the globe to watch their favorite gamers compete in their favorite game: Valorant. In order to amplify the fan experience beyond the arena- Riot recreated iconic scenes from their games in three bespoke locations across Los Angeles. Each location held a unique activation experience for the fans. This one held at Giant Robot, an art gallery on Sawtelle, was a recreation of a storefront that exists in the game. Guests lined up around the block to get a custom Valorant T-shirt made. While they waited for their tee, guests could have their hand at a custom arcade area complete with claw machine delivering plushies and prizes as big as a Secret Labs gamer chair. This previously empty and white walled gallery was recreated to resemble the in store game.
For this one, I played role of senior producer managing this 3 stop tour and $1.5m budget
